To configue IIS on the new Exchange Server I imported the IIS config from the first Exchange Server. Unable to bind over RPC. After re-installing and restoring the database everything started working ok. Then restart the MTA Stacks service on the Exchange server. It started when one of the Exchange servers stopped routing emails. Locality Table (LTAB) index: 221, NT/MTA error code: 1722. Association type: temporary. These products are now supported by HP Inc.

Exch5.5 server was removed and now only 2003 is working, never had a problem with email but this event messages are really annoying.
