And I'm using Comcast in the Washington, DC/Baltimore area. Its a Sharp Aquos LC-42d43u. But all the HD channels are not. It does however pick up channel 108.4, which is a digital Disney toon channel, not HD though.

What the hell. I have just switched to laptop and wanted to use the Sharp as a TV for the guest room. When it is done searching it comes back with a blue box in the center of the screen that says "failure to receive broadcast".

When I scan Analog and Digital it's only finding digital channels in the 80.1+ range. We don't have any antennas, and the cable works...just no HD.
