Q: What is an FAQ?

Q: How could I receive a catalog?

A: We would be happy to send you our latest catalog. Just fill out our catalog request form and we will send one out to you right away.

Q: What is a jewel case?

A: A jewel case is the plastic case that holds a CD-ROM. When we say a product is a jewel case we mean that this product does not come in a fancy colorful box. Of course jewel cases are more economical, so we can pass the savings on to you.

Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: We charge $6.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each item after that.

Q: About how long will my order take to reach me?

A: We ship everything priority mail, which usually takes about 2-3 days from the time of shipment. If we have everything in stock, your order should be shipped the same day we receive it.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from the Home Computer Market, you may return it for full refund within 30 days of when you received it.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money orders, and cash. We do not take American Express.
